Navigating the App:
- Home Screen: Once you launch the app, you’ll be greeted by the home screen, featuring three main sections: Character Learning, Sound Matching Game, and Word Reading Practice.
Amharic Alphabets Learning:
- Explore Amharic Alphabets: Scroll through the 33x7 grid of Amharic characters to view each basic character and its variations.
- Listen and Learn: Tap on any character to hear its pronunciation, helping you to associate the sound with the visual representation.
Sound Matching Game:
- Play the Game: Select this section to begin testing your knowledge. You’ll see seven Amharic characters displayed.
- Match the Sound: Listen to the pronunciation prompt and select the corresponding character from the display. Your scores will be tracked to help you monitor your progress.
Reading Practice:
- Choose Your Words: Use the category and subcategory filters to select from a list of commonly used English words.
- See the Translation: Click on a word card to reveal its Amharic translation.
- Practice Reading: Press the "Read" button to hear the Amharic word pronounced character by character, enhancing your understanding and pronunciation.
