The app is intended for educational and personal learning use.
Offline Functionality
Fidel Tutor is designed to operate as a self-contained local app. The app does not require an internet connection for its main features and does not require a user account.
License to Use the App
SHED Technology LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fidel Tutor for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You may not:
Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may apply to apps distributed through the App Store unless you provide a custom EULA.
Ownership
All app content, design, images, audio, text, software, and learning materials are owned by SHED Technology LLC or used with permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Purchases and Payments
If Fidel Tutor is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment processing, refunds, and purchase records are handled by the applicable platform.
SHED Technology LLC does not directly process payment card information inside Fidel Tutor.
Educational Disclaimer
Fidel Tutor is provided as a learning aid. While we work to provide accurate and useful Amharic learning content, we do not guarantee that the app will meet every learner’s needs or that all content will be error-free.
No Warranty
Fidel Tutor is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHED Technology LLC disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHED Technology LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Fidel Tutor.
App Updates
We may update Fidel Tutor from time to time to improve performance, fix issues, or add features. Some updates may be required for continued compatibility with supported devices and operating systems.
Termination
We may terminate or restrict access to the app if these Terms of Use are violated, subject to applicable platform rules and laws.
