By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Amharic Tutor app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
These Terms apply to your use of Amharic Tutor, including lessons, exercises, games, pronunciation tools, speech practice features, subscription access, and any related app services.
About Amharic Tutor
Amharic Tutor is an educational app designed to help users learn Amharic step by step. The app includes lessons and exercises for the Amharic script, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and sentence construction. The app may include interactive games, speech practice, listening exercises, and guided learning paths.
Amharic Tutor is intended as a learning aid. While we work to provide accurate and helpful educational content, we do not guarantee that the app will meet every learner’s individual needs or that all content will be error-free.
User Accounts
Some features of Amharic Tutor may require registration or login. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to use the app only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes.
Subscriptions and Paid Features
Amharic Tutor may offer paid access through subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Subscription access, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the platform where the purchase is made, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
If you purchase through the Apple App Store, Apple’s app licensing and purchase rules may apply, including Apple’s standard end-user license agreement unless a custom EULA is provided.
f you purchase through Google Play, refunds and subscription handling are subject to Google Play’s applicable refund and billing policies.
SHED Technology LLC does not directly process your payment card information inside the app.
Speech Practice, Transcription, and App Credits
Some Amharic Tutor features may allow users to practice pronunciation by recording speech. These features may use speech-to-text or similar processing to help evaluate pronunciation and provide feedback.
If the app includes usage limits, credits, or time-based access for speech features, those limits may apply to recorded pronunciation practice or transcription-related features. Additional credits or access may be available through supported purchase options.
Speech recognition results may not always be perfect. Accuracy can vary based on pronunciation, accent, background noise, microphone quality, and other factors. The app’s feedback should be used as a learning guide, not as a final or official language assessment.

Ownership of Content
Amharic Tutor, including its design, software, lessons, exercises, text, images, audio, educational content, and other materials, is owned by SHED Technology LLC or used with permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal educational purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the app or its content.
App Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app from time to time. Updates may include new lessons, bug fixes, changes to features, or improvements to performance.
Some features may require an internet connection and access to our backend services. We do not guarantee that all online services will be available at all times or free from interruption.
Privacy

Amharic Tutor is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHED Technology LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app’s availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHED Technology LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or certain services if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the app, attempted unauthorized access, or engaged in behavior that harms the app, other users, or SHED Technology LLC.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on our website, in the app, or in the app listing. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
